Over the past few weeks we’ve received a number of similar questions prior to ordering so thought we’d list a few below hopefully making your purchasing experience a little easier!
I’m on your website but can’t find the model of phone I have?
Don’t panic! We’ve been working collectively to try and list as many popular phone ranges as possible to showcase our ranges. However, there are still more we can offer! Drop us an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the make of phone you own, the design you like and we’ll see what we can do. We can’t promise anything, but we’ll be sure to do everything we can to accommodate!
I’ve received my order confirmation and I’ve mis-typed the delivery address, can I amend?
Not to worry! Standard stock items are normally dispatched within one working day of the order being placed, personalised cases within three – four working days. Providing you let us know before the order has been dispatched we can amend the delivery address for you not a problem, just e-mail us email@example.com with your order number and the amendment you need making – we’ve got you!
Can I design my own case?
Of course! All we’d ask is you send over to us detail on the phone model you have, the type of case you’d be after (soft gel, tough matte etc) and a high res image of your design. We’ll then speak to our manufacturers and get it priced for you – we’ll be back to you within a couple of days.
What if I don’t like my case?
Oh man :-( We understand that sometimes on receiving a delivery it’s not what you expected, and you’d like to return it. Head over to our returns page on the website where we’ve listed all the details on how to do so.
