How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery service to mainland UK postcodes is free.
How quickly can I expect my order?
Standard products that are held in stock will normally be despatched within 1 working day if we receive the order before 11:00am UK time Monday to Friday. Personalised items that are made to order will be dispatched within 3-4 working days of receipt of order. Where stock is unavailable we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order.
What forms of payment do you take?
We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal
Can I make changes to my order?
If you are wanting to make changes to an order after the order has been placed, you will need to e-mail email@example.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we are unfortunately unable to make any amendments.
How do I know if my order has been succesful?
All customers will receive an order confirmation following an order being placed. This will give you confirmation of product(s) ordered, an order number and further details should you need any assistance. These may sometimes end up in your junk/spam folder so be sure to check here.
How do I customise my case?
We have added "personalised" into the product titles of all cases that can be customised. Within the description we have also stated the maximum number of characters that can be used and also information on how to personalise at the checkout stage.
